Soothe Yourself

I have been asked many times to record my breathing/relaxation exercise that I always do in the second session with my Motor Vehicle Accident clients.  Well, here it is!  You can find it in this blog and on the Audio Recordings page of the website at  Check it out.  It’s a very peaceful and soothing way to calm yourself:  Release tension, ease the nervous system.  Try it.  See how you feel.  This is the first step in treating trauma.  And it’s good simply to restore equilibrium.
