Soothe Yourself
I have been asked many times to record my breathing/relaxation exercise that I always do in the second session with my Motor Vehicle Accident clients. Well, here it is! Check it out. It’s a very peaceful and soothing way to calm yourself: Release tension, ease the nervous system. Try it. See how you feel. This is the first step in treating trauma. And it’s good simply to restore equilibrium.
